Terms of Use

These terms apply when you create an account, join a workspace or otherwise use Handems.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and use your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

Workspaces and roles

A workspace owner controls invitations, roles, tasks and workspace content. Members must follow the owner’s authorised use of the workspace. The owner is responsible for having a lawful basis to add team information and business content.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Handems, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, distribute malware, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Handems the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

Service availability

We work to keep Handems available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control. Features may change as the product develops.

Plans and payment

Free and paid plan limits will be displayed before purchase. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. When payments launch, the price, billing period and renewal terms shown at checkout will apply.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with law or respond to serious misuse. You may stop using Handems or permanently delete your account at any time through account settings.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Handems is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from workspace content.

Changes

We may update these terms as Handems changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
